dead beat. went to the s'pore zoo yesterday to spend peilin's 18th birthday with her. in the twinking of the eye and she's already 18. soon, it'll be my turn! :D anw, a long long time since we last visited the zoo, and we had a great time (though there were only the two of us; joyce and jasmine couldnt make it). walked around the whole place and saw all kinds of animals; the fierce, the gentle, the creepy, the cute, the still, the active. all huge and small, most are interesting. :) but i guess the most exasperating thing is our poor ability of map-reading! walked to and fro the place and re-adjusted our planning (of route-taking) again and again. in the end, we had our hungry stomachs filled at only 7plus after all the restaurants, etc in the zoo had already closed.well, had our dinner just near the entrance of the zoo; kfc. then off we went, to the amk jubilee centre, intending to either watch a movie, or play the arcade then the pool. but in the end, none was feasible due to all sorts of reasons. :x then we walked on to the amk central and then the newly opened amk hub! shopped around till our legs hurt then we finally decided to head home at 9.40pm. were real exhausted at this time already.but anw, i really enjoyed yesterday with my long-lost best friend. finally we get the chance to catch up with each other with the past year stuff since we last met. hehee. thanks Lin! :D
